This store is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and SHADY. I called to utilized their services for appliances.(washer/dryer) The dryer stopped working in a couple days of weeks. I called, and they called Action Appliance, who was also UNPROFESSIONAL. They actually took 3 and half weeks to come out to repair and completely destroyed it. Most importantly, Eagle rental did charge me the full amount amount. I did call about them charging me for something that doesn't work. They did credit my account. Today, I checked my statement only to notice they charged me AGAIN!!! I called the store for them to credit my account Again, and Joseph hung up on me...I'm calling my bank back to reverse charges, and I will be notifying others that will legally deal with them...DO NOT GO TO THE SOUTH SIDE STORE....ITS BEEN A MONTH THAT IVE BEEN WITHOUT A DRYER..AND THEY'RE STEALING MY $$$The Eagles in Euclid is the best. I used them for years in the past and never had ANY PROBLEMS. They just didn't have what I needed this time...
